The application form for the 2025 Rotary International Day Parade can be completed by download/saving the PDF version, printing and completing the form. Mail in or drop off the completed application at the Chamber of Commerce.

Payment Options

Option 1) Mail In – payments can be made by check mailed to the address on the application.

Option 2) Online – select the appropriate credit card option below that corresponds to your type of entry and/or sponsorship – you will be taken to our secure PayPal page to process your credit card. A nominal service fee is applied at checkout.
